Finance & Insurance
Do you take my insurance?
Pure Dental is not “In-Network” with any dental insurances. What this means for you as a patient is you can still use your insurance at our office if you have a plan that is a PPO. These plans allow you to see dentists outside of your dental network, but you will typically pay more to see an independent office. We will collect full payment the day you are seen for treatment and submit information to your insurance company. Your insurance company will then reimburse you directly, usually by mailing a check.
What if I don’t have dental insurance?
A dental insurance plan does not make sense for every patient. Dental insurances make their profit by being the middle man and deciding how your money will get spent at the dentist. The best way to get quality care and save money is to keep them out of the equation and work directly with your dental office. Even if it seems like it will save you money, most plans will end up costing you more in the long run. So what can you do to get the care you need without insurance? Check the sections below on ways to pay for treatment, including methods for payment and options for financing.
